We want you to absolutely love your AVAYA Jewel purchase! Every piece is carefully inspected and lovingly packed before making its way to you. But if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’re here to help make it right.

Return Window
You have 3 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
Condition
The item must be unused, in original condition, and packed in their original packaging.
Reason
Several types of products are exempt from being returned. Please refer to the list below.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Change of mind
- Items damaged due to improper care (Check out our Jewelry Care Guide for tips!)
- Items not in original condition or missing parts (unless it’s our mistake)
- Items returned more than 3 days after delivery
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
When We Accept Returns or Exchange
- You received the wrong item
- You received a defective item
How to Start a Return or Exchange
1. Reach out to us
Email helloavayajewel@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Let us know the issue and include clear photos of the item.
2. We will guide you
We will respond with the next steps, including return details.
3. Ship it back
Send the item using a trackable shipping method.
Processing Your Returns or Exchanges
- Once we get your return, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection.
- Exchanges and refunds are processed within 2-5 business days after receiving your package.
- Refunds will be issued as Store Credit, perfect for your next AVAYA find!
Return Shipping Costs
If return is due to a defective or wrong item:
We will happily cover the return shipping for you!
For returns not due to defects or wrong items:
The customer covers the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package reaches us safely.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless it’s our mistake). If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
International Orders
- Currently, international orders aren’t eligible for our Return & Exchange Policy.
Gifts
- If your item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is approved.
- If the gift wasn’t marked as a gift, we’ll process the refund back to the original buyer.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Waiting for your refund? First, check with your bank — sometimes it takes a few days to process.
- If it’s still missing, email us at helloavayajewel@gmail.com and we will sort it out together.
